The Cariboo Cougars are a team in the BC Major Midget League, featuring teams from various regions in British Columbia. Alex signed on with the team in February of 2010, broadcasting the team's home playoff games in Prince George, then July 2010, Alex joined the team in a full-time capacity, broadcasting all home games live online in the 2010/2011 season and eventually, the team's entire playoff run.
